Vanilla Casein Tiramisu Cups
A no-bake tiramisu built on a thick casein pudding instead of mascarpone and whipped cream, layered with coffee-dipped ladyfingers. Casein is what lets the layers hold their shape once chilled.
Dipping the ladyfingers fast instead of soaking them is what keeps the layers distinct instead of turning to mush.
Per serving (1 cup)
