Sugar-Free Maple Glazed Baked Protein Donuts
Baked, not fried, donuts built from protein powder and oat flour, glazed with a sugar-free maple syrup reduced slightly so it clings instead of running off. Needs a donut pan, there's no way around that.
Baked instead of fried, and a donut pan does the shaping. No hot oil, no mess.
