Lemon Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Bites

No ratings yet

Small no-bake lemon cheesecake bites built on Greek yogurt instead of a full cream cheese filling, so the fat stays down. Set in a pan in the freezer and cut into squares, which is a lot less work than making a whole cheesecake.

Gelatin sets this without an oven. Stir it in fast so it doesn't clump before it's evenly distributed.
