Ingredients

tunagreek yogurt
  • 8 ozcanned tuna in water, drained2 cans
  • 2 ozgreek yogurt
  • 1 tbspjapanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tspsriracha
  • 2 tspchili crisp
  • 1 tsprice vinegar
  • 1 tsptoasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 2green onions, thinly sliced
  • 20roasted nori sheets, snack size

Steps

  1. 1

Drain both cans well and press the tuna against the lid to squeeze out the last of the water. Wet tuna makes a loose filling that soaks through the nori.

  2. 2

Flake the tuna into a bowl and stir in the yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, chili crisp, rice vinegar and sesame oil until it holds together like a thick salad.

  3. 3

Fold in the sesame seeds and most of the green onion. Taste and add more sriracha if you want it hotter.

  4. 4

Pile into a bowl and scatter the rest of the green onion over the top.

  5. 5

Spoon onto a nori sheet, fold it around the filling and eat right away. Fill one at a time: nori turns soft within a minute of meeting the tuna.

  6. 6

The filling keeps 2 days covered in the fridge. Leave the nori sealed in its pack until you eat.
