Greek Yogurt Chia Pudding with Mango

No ratings yet

Chia pudding thickened with Greek yogurt instead of just milk, so it sets firmer and carries more protein per serving. The mango on top is there for the days plain chia pudding feels like a chore to eat.

Ingredients

greek yogurt
  • 11 ozplain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ozchia seeds
  • 10 tbspmilk
  • 0.71 ozhoney
  • 5 ozmango, diced

Steps

  1. 1

Whisk the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, milk and honey together in a bowl until no clumps of chia remain.

  2. 2

Divide between two jars and cover.

  3. 3

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, stirring once after the first 30 minutes to stop the chia clumping at the bottom.

  4. 4

Top with the diced mango just before serving.

Try it this way

Swap the mango for any seasonal fruit. Berries work well year-round.
