Cookies and Cream Protein Powder Cookies
Cookies that get their flavor from a cookies-and-cream protein powder instead of actual cookie crumbs, held together with peanut butter and one egg. Chewy rather than crisp, closer to a soft granola bar shaped like a cookie.
Per serving (1 cookie)

- 2
Mix the peanut butter, egg and sugar-free maple syrup together until smooth.
