Chocolate Protein Powder Pancakes
Pancakes built around a scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein powder instead of extra flour, so the batter tastes like a treat while still landing north of 20g protein a serving.
Letting the batter rest for a few minutes is what keeps these from turning gummy. The oats soften just enough to bind without a separate flour.
