Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken Thighs
Chicken thighs marinated in Greek yogurt before they go in the oven, which tenderizes the meat and leaves a mild tang without needing cream or much oil. Short ingredient list, and most of the time is hands-off.
Yogurt-based marinades tenderize faster than oil-based ones and won't break down the texture if you leave it in overnight.
