Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken Thigh Fillets
Boneless chicken thigh fillets marinated in Greek yogurt, garlic and mustard before roasting, the same tenderizing marinade as our other yogurt chicken but built around trimmed fillets for a leaner, quicker-cooking cut. Short ingredient list, most of the time is hands-off.
Yogurt-based marinades tenderize faster than oil-based ones and won't break down the texture if you leave it in overnight.
