Turkey Meatballs with Zucchini Noodles

No ratings yet

Turkey meatballs baked instead of fried, served over spiralized zucchini instead of pasta to keep the carbs down without losing the comfort-food feel of a big bowl of meatballs and sauce.

Zucchini noodles pick up the sauce just as well as pasta, without needing a pot of boiling water.
