Skyr Panna Cotta with Dark Chocolate Shavings
Panna cotta made with skyr instead of the usual cream, so it sets with a cleaner tang and carries real protein instead of just being dessert. Dark chocolate shavings on top instead of caramel keep it from turning too sweet.
Skyr sets up firmer than regular yogurt once the gelatin kicks in, so this holds a proper panna cotta wobble instead of turning soupy.
