Protein French Toast

No ratings yet

French toast dipped in an egg and skyr batter instead of just egg and milk, which pushes the protein up without changing how it tastes or cooks. Works with whatever bread you've got, though a sturdier loaf holds together best.

Skyr in the batter instead of just milk is what gives this a thicker custard coating that doesn't turn soggy.
