Grilled Steak with Cottage Cheese Chimichurri
Grilled steak with a chimichurri that leans on cottage cheese for body instead of just olive oil, cutting the fat while keeping the sharp, herby punch chimichurri is supposed to have.
Cottage cheese takes over the body that oil usually gives chimichurri, so you get the same fresh, garlicky punch without it swimming in oil.
