Egg White Protein Bread Loaf

No ratings yet

A loaf built almost entirely from egg whites, so it's about as low-calorie as bread gets while still being high in protein. Psyllium husk gives it enough structure to slice without crumbling apart.

Psyllium husk is doing what gluten usually would here, giving an egg-white-only loaf enough structure to actually slice.
