Waffle Iron Ham and Cheese Rice Paper Pockets
A ham and cheese pocket that borrows from the viral rice paper pastry trend but skips the oven entirely. The waffle iron melts the cheese and crisps the wrapper on both sides at once, in about a third of the time an oven takes.
