Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Blondies
Blondies made with blended cottage cheese, almond flour and vanilla whey instead of butter and white flour, so they carry real protein alongside the chocolate chips. Denser than a bakery blondie, in a good way.

Try it this way
Swap the almond flour for oat flour for a nut-free version. The texture comes out a touch denser but still holds together.
